The UK Reality Cooking show sensation "The Jolly Good Baking Show" has come to the quaint coastal town of Brindlewood Bay to find its best baker! But will The Jolly Good Baking Show be so jolly when the set becomes the scene of a murder!?!? Will the ladies of The Golden Crown Mysteries book club be able to solve another case!?!? Will the darkness that hides in the shadows of Brindlewood Bay reveal itself?!? Will someone's bake be ruined thanks to a soggy bottom?!? Time to play to find out!
Brindlewood Bay is a roleplaying game about a group of elderly women, members of the local Murder Mavens mystery book club frequently find themselves investigating (and solving!) real-life murder mysteries. They become increasingly aware that there are supernatural forces that connect the cases they are working on!
The game is directly inspired by the television show "Murder, She Wrote", but also takes inspiration from the works of H.P. Lovecraft, “cozy” crime dramas, and American TV shows from the ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s.
